【発生条件】

 

次の条件を満たすメールを受信すると、現象が発生します。

  • message/rfc822パートが存在する。

    メールソースの例：

【再現手順】

  1. 「発生条件」を満たすメールを受信します。

  2. アプリケーション画面にログインし、メールの受信箱をクリックします。

  3. 手順1で受信したメールの標題をクリックします。

  4. 詳細画面で、添付ファイルの[表示]をクリックします。

→現象発生 :
 ファイルのダウンロードが実行されず、「ページが見つかりません」というページが表示されます。

回避/対応方法

申し訳ありません。本現象は制限事項です。

【対応方法】

添付されているファイル名をクリックし、ダウンロードを実行すると、ファイルの内容が表示されます。
