【発生条件】

 

次の条件をすべて満たす場合に発生します。

  • Microsoft Outlookから会議出席依頼のメールを送信する際、ファイルを添付する。

  • Microsoft Outlookから送信された会議出席依頼のメールを、ガルーンで受信する。

  • 会議出席依頼メールのtext/calendarパートのContent-Transfer-Encodingがbase64でない。

    例：
    　multipart/mixed

【準備】

  • Microsoft Outlookから、ファイルを添付した会議出席依頼のメールを送信します。

    例：
    ---------------
    件名：Sample_Mail1
    場所：Sample Room
    開始時刻：2007/03/01（水）　09：00
    終了時刻：2017/03/01（水）　10：00
    添付ファイル：image.png
    ---------------

  • ガルーンで、Sample_Mail1を受信します。

【再現手順】

  1. アプリケーション画面にログインし、[メール] ＞ [受信箱] ＞ [Sample_Mail1]の順にクリックします。

→現象発生：

 メールの本文に、添付ファイルが表示されません。

 

補足：

  • 添付ファイルのtext/plainパートの状態によっては、次の現象が発生します。

    multipart/alternativeと同じ階層に存在するtext/plainパートの内容が表示されない場合がある。

  • 本現象が発生するメールをGr4.2.0以降のガルーンで受信した場合、次の現象が発生します。
